Here is a small thing that makes a huge difference. If you want to imbibe the importance of reducing costs amongst employees, it is important to focus on the smallest things first.
Finally, make it a point to analyze your performance beyond the profits and money. You may have earned more money in the year past but that is useless if you do not have happier clients. Do you have a work force that is more motivated to work hard for you? If not, then it is not advisable to call yourself a success. Progress should be quantitative as well as qualitative for it to make a difference.
