This tip may seem so obvious to some of you and to others you may not have thought twice about it, but employees are of course a fundamental cog to your businesses success. Many businesses seem to overlook the fact that even if you have created an incredible product or service and exceptional business model, if your potential customers are met with employees that are not just as wonderful, your whole brand will be tainted.

If you have taken the time to recruit an employee of fantastic calibre, you need to nurture them and create space for them to grow within your business.
